At Frank, Rimerman, our Recruiting Team is a spirited group of professionals passionate about positively impacting our Firm. Our University Recruiter will champion university recruiting efforts at universities across Arizona, Indiana and Texas to support hiring across our offices.
As a University Recruiter, you will drive campus engagement with both students and faculty, deepening our brand’s reach and impact over time. You will manage all stages of interaction with our Firm, leading candidates from initial interest to offer extension.
Within your geographic territory, you will serve as the point of contact for 3-5 core universities, attending and managing the Firm’s participation at career fairs, club presentations, faculty meetings, incoming candidate activities and other campus events. Expectations are to visit each core university five times per academic year. You will also steer efforts at 3-4 secondary universities, where you will occasionally participate in-person but mostly coordinate the attendance of Firm representatives. School assignments may shift over time - flexibility is key as we regularly reevaluate campuses.
As our hiring needs evolve, you will help assess new university partnerships, identify emerging talent markets, and provide insights on accounting recruiting trends to inform our campus strategy. You will have guidance from our University Recruiting Managers and Director, and the support of coordinators who ensure we provide quality candidate experiences.
