Overview

Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is a leading accounting and financial consulting firm that has advised entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, high-growth technology companies, and high-net-worth individuals since 1949.  With deep roots in Silicon Valley and the broader innovation economy, we work closely with venture-backed companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation and early funding rounds through rapid scaling, IPO readiness, acquisitions, and beyond.

Our professionals combine strong technical accounting expertise with a practical understanding of the operating, financial, and governance challenges faced by emerging growth companies.  This perspective allows us to serve not only as auditors, but also as trusted advisors to management teams, boards of directors, and investors navigating today's dynamic technology landscape.

Our services include Audit and Assurance, Tax Consulting and Planning, Outsourced Accounting and CFO Services, Business Valuation, Litigation Support, and Strategic Business Consulting.

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Corporate Audit practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to the venture-backed technology ecosystem while working with some of the most innovative companies in Silicon Valley and beyond.

Our clients range from seed-stage and venture-backed startups to growth-stage technology companies, established private businesses, and public companies. Success in this role requires more than technical audit skills. It requires curiosity about how technology companies build products, raise capital, scale operations, manage cash, and navigate the expectations of founders, investors, and boards.

As a Senior, you will work directly with founders, CFOs, controllers, audit committees, and investors, helping clients address complex accounting and business challenges while developing a deep understanding of the venture capital and startup environment.  If you are looking to elevate your career beyond traditional audit work and become a trusted business advisor to innovative growth companies, Frank, Rimerman provides that opportunity.
